April 17, 2011 Faxed in the Family Information Form to CHSFS

May 2, 2011 Mailed in part one of the application to CHSFS

May 7, 2011 garage sale fundraiser

May 14, 2011 jewelry party fundraiser

July 13, 2011 Social Worker home visit

October 18, 2011 received final homestudy and sent to agency.

December 20,2011 received the most amazing news and pictures!!!!!

January 5, 2012 two for two fund raiser

January 6, 2012 mailed in USCIS packet
